Becca [Kuxhausen] Coxbill of Westmoor Elementary School in Scottsbluff has been named Nspire Today!’s Teacher of the Week, sponsored by TC & More in Scottsbluff.
Coxbill, a 2009 Scottsbluff High School graduate, is a first-grade teacher at Westmoor.
