Nichole Pourier of Chadron has been named Nspire Today!’s Hometown Hero of the Week, sponsored by Schank Roofing in Scottsbluff.
Pourier has been employed by Chadron Community Hospital for 26 years. She’s currently a Family Nurse Practitioner. She works at Legend Buttes Health Clinic and Western Community Health Resources.
Along with her duties as a nurse practitioner, she also teaches dual credit courses at Chadron High School through WNCC, and she’s an adjunct professor for Chadron State College. She’s also a volunteer for the Teammates mentoring program.
The person who nominated Pourier said, “She does an amazing job. She’s very kind and is always willing to help people.”
