Erin Holcomb, of Gering, has been named Nspire Today!’s Hometown Hero of the Week, sponsored by Schank Roofing in Scottsbluff.
Holcomb is a nurse practitioner at QuickCare Medical Services in Scottsbluff and also at the Sidney Regional Medical Center Walk-in Clinic. She’s been in those positions for seven years.
Holcomb is a 1996 Scottsbluff High School graduate. She went to WNCC and then attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center, earning her bachelor’s degree in 2008 and her master’s degree in 2012.
The person who nominated Holcomb said, “She is thorough and caring with her patients. She has a passion for making a difference in the medical field. QuickCare is fortunate to have her as one of our providers.”
