Abby Pieper, a freshman at Scottsbluff High School, and Tiara Lewellen, a freshman at Gering High School, set personal records this year as both sold more than 1,000 boxes of Girl Scout cookies. They said they were highly driven to sell as many cookies as they could not only to help support their Girl Scout troop financially but also to raise extra money so their troop could continue to do projects that help people in need.

SCOTTSBLUFF – When Scottsbluff High School freshman Abby Pieper started thinking about how many boxes of Girl Scout cookies she wanted to try to sell this year, she knew she wanted to aim high – really high.
“My initial goal was 1,000,” she said.
