For the past year or so, every issue of Nspire Today! magazine has included a Focus on Faith section, usually consisting of a feature story on a local pastor or other church staff member.
We’re going to continue doing that, but we’ve decided to expand our Focus on Faith section, sponsored by the Bible Book Shop in Scottsbluff, to include even more people from the area.
Starting with the February issue, our new Focus on Faith section will include a local person sharing one of his or her favorite Bible verses. Sue Gifford of Scottsbluff, who attends the Mitchell Evangelical Free Church, shared her favorite Bible verse with me today, and you’ll be able to read it in the February issue.
Our expanded Focus on Faith section will also include a column from a local pastor each month. Ben Poole, the senior pastor at First Baptist Church in Scottsbluff, will be the featured columnist next month.
The upcoming Focus on Faith sections will also include a spotlight on a boy or girl involved in one of the local church youth groups, and you’ll also find other cool stories and tidbits in this section starting with our next issue.
