Gering’s Logan Moravec named First State Bank’s Male Student of the Month for June

GERING – Logan Moravec, who graduated from Gering High School in May, is First State Bank’s Male Student of the Month for June. He was involved in cross country, track and field, National Honor Society (president), Student Council (president), Key Club (vice president), Leo Club, FCA, G-Club, Math Club, Quiz Bowl, HOSA (qualified for nationals), DECA (group placed 3rd at state), Harmony, Musical, band, jazz band, and Mock Trial (placed 2nd at state). He maintained a 4.0 GPA in high school. He has three brothers – Lucas, 16; Mitch, 14; and Ben, 10. His parents are Mike and Lisa Moravec.
