Faith Kennedy, a senior at Gering High School, loves participating in Special Olympics and school activities like band and choir, and she also loves spending time with her family and friends. What she enjoys most of all, though, is trying to make people’s day a lot brighter at school and in the community.

GERING – Whenever Gering High School senior Emily Harrison walks down the hallway at her school, there’s one person in particular who always seems to catch her attention.
It’s Faith Kennedy, who’s also a senior.
“Every time Faith sees someone in the hallway, she’ll go up to them and start talking to them. It doesn’t matter who they are. She’ll ask them how their day is going and or how their weekend went,” Harrison said. “She’s always happy and is always trying to make everyone else feel good. Her kindness is amazing.”
