CRAWFORD —  When Amanda Cotton looks at her mobile boutique parked at a fairground, festival, or small-town main street, she sees more than racks of clothing and handcrafted accessories. She sees a leap of faith, years of quiet planning, and a life reshaped by independence, creativity, and connection.

Cotton is the owner and operator of Indian Creek Goods, a fully mobile boutique housed inside a 20-foot bumper-pull trailer. Launched last summer, the business travels throughout western Nebraska and eastern Wyoming, setting up at community events, vendor fairs, festivals, and seasonal markets. What sets Indian Creek Goods apart is not just what it sells — but how and why it exists.

“I’m one of those shoppers who prefers to look, feel, touch, and see things myself instead of shopping online,” Cotton said. “And we’re pretty rural out here. Between Alliance and Crawford, shopping options are limited.”
