TORRINGTON – There is a new Christian singer and songwriter sprouting up in Torrington who goes by the name of Kari Ann. She is only 17 years old and self-produced her first song titled “Isn’t Over Yet” in August 2025.
Kari Ann said, “It’s not on Spotify yet, but people can listen to it on YouTube @KariAnnMusic1 and can download the digital copy via the website: kari-ann-music.square.site.”
KMCI Hope Radio 97.1 FM out of Scottsbluff has also added her song to their regular lineup.
“This song wasn’t the first one I had anticipated to produce because my personality is a lot more outgoing and playful, and this song depicts a more reflective and deep attitude,” said Kari Ann. “I’ve written a lot of songs and continued editing them all simultaneously, and this one came out on top as the most finished. So, I continued tweaking and editing and got to the point where I said, ‘I think we are about good.’ Then I made a recording of me singing and playing the song and presented it to my parents and asked, ‘What do you guys think of this?’ And that was history. We took a few more weeks to master it, and now it’s produced.”
