Shaina Stricker is in her seventh year as the chief financial officer for Northfield Retirement Communities.
Stricker, of Scottsbluff, said she enjoys handling billing, financial statements and other duties for NRC, which operates The Residency and The Care Center in Scottsbluff and The Vista in Gering.
“The biggest reason I enjoy this job is that since it’s a small company, there’s a variety of things I get to do,” she said. “I’ve had a chance to work on the food program, and I got to help with the apartment renovations. It keeps me busy, but it’s nice to always be doing something different.”
