Q: How excited were you to place third at this year’s state wrestling tournament?
MOBLEY: “It felt awesome. I’ve been wrestling my whole life with the goal of placing at state someday, so being able to achieve that this year means a lot to me.”
Q: What was on your mind going into the state tournament?
MOBLEY: “I wanted to win it. I thought I had a shot at it, but I came up a little short. I’m happy, though, that after losing my semifinal match, I set a goal to wrestle back and get third, which I accomplished.”
