Alliance — Kristy Dietrich has never believed that a career has to follow a perfectly straight line to be meaningful. In fact, much of what has sustained her professional life for decades comes from the opposite idea: that curiosity, adaptability, and genuine care for people matter more than titles or timelines.
“I love numbers and puzzles,” Dietrich said. “I look at every client as a new way — everybody has different pieces of information, and it’s about putting those together and applying the tax law in a way that makes sense for them.”
