Andres J. Gutierrez of Scottsbluff

   Andres J. Gutierrez, 30, of Scottsbluff, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022.  His Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am on Monday, May 2, 2022, at Christ the King Catholic Church in Gering with Fr. Mike McDonald as Celebrant.  Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Scottsbluff.  Visitation will be Sunday at Bridgman Funeral Home in Scottsbluff from 4-7pm with a Rosary Service at 5pm.  It is respectfully requests that in lieu of any flowers, memorials may be made in care of Andres’s family.  Online condolences may be made by viewing Andres’s memorial page at www.bridgmanfuneralhome.com.  Bridgman Funeral Home in Scottsbluff is entrusted with arrangements.

     Andres “Andy” was born on February 27, 1992.  He was the youngest son of Jose Luis and Emma (Galindo) Gutierrez.  He was born in Scottsbluff and graduated from Scottsbluff High School with the class of 2010.  Andy was a hard worker and quite the entrepreneur.  He and his father co-owned and operated Gutierrez Construction.  His craftsmanship was truly amazing.  

     Andy was well known and loved by many.  He was a devoted and loving father.  He loved nothing more than spending time with his son, Alejandro.  Andy brightened every room he walked into.  He was always the life of the party and the most amazing guy anyone could meet.  All his nieces and nephews loved him so much.  They enjoyed laughing, dancing, and playing around with him.  

     He is survived by his son, Alejandro Gutierrez; his parents Jose and Emma (Galindo) Gutierrez; brother Jose (Rita) Gutierrez; sisters Linda (Freddy) Campos & Wendy (German) Hernandez; paternal grandparents Hugo and Victoria Gutierrez; 7 nephews and 4 nieces; along with many, many cousins, aunts, uncles, and the countless friends and lives Andy touched throughout his life.

     Preceded in death by maternal grandparents Jose L and Virginia (Gonzalez) Galindo; cousins Michael “Showtime” Galindo and Gabriela Gutierrez; beloved friend Mikal “Mikie” Orozco; along with several aunts and uncles.
