Janice Kay Wiedeman, 74, of Scottsbluff, died Monday, July 12, 2021 at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff. Cremation has taken place in accordance with her wishes. Janice was born January 30, 1947 in Morrill to Henry and Olive (Marrie) Curran. She graduated high school in 1965. She married Ben A. Wiedeman and to this union one son was born.
Janice went to beauty school and then styled hair for many years. She later worked as custodian for Gering Schools. Janice was an in-home care provider most recently.
Survivors include her son, Robert Wiedeman of Scottsbluff; step-son, Benny Wiedeman of Rapid City, SD; sister, Betty Ray of Scottsbluff; as well as other extended family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ben, in 2005; brothers, Dale and Gerald; and sisters-in-law, Marilyn and Glenda.
