SCOTTSBLUFF – Professor Bob Harveson’s unique qualifications earned him an appointment with the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and brought him to Western Nebraska to work as a professor of plant pathology and an extension specialist at the Panhandle Research & Extension Center.
