Rocio Ruiz of Torrington has been named Nspire Today!’s Teacher of the Week, sponsored by TC & More in Scottsbluff.
Ruiz was a librarian clerk at Torrington High School this school year. Two weeks ago, she began working as a para professional education assistant at St. Joseph’s Children’s Home school in Torrington.
