Q: How has your senior year of school been going so far?
FOOTE: “It’s been a lot different because of [COVID-19]. We’re taking it day by day. It’s kind of hard having to wear masks all day, but I’m happy we get to be there. I’m not taking anything for granted, especially since this is my last year.”
Q: How does it feel to be a senior?
FOOTE: “It’s crazy. High school has gone by so fast. But I’m ready for the next chapter in my life.”
Q: What is your favorite activity at school?
FOOTE: “I love volleyball. I love the positivity it’s brought to my life, especially these last four years. I love my coach, Ms. [Leslie] Foral. She’s great. Also, our team chemistry is really good. We’re all really close.”
