Kathryn Vance of Minatare has always loved dogs, and for the last several years, she’s enjoyed showing her dogs in 4-H competitions. She’s been pretty good at it, too, as she’s earned lots of awards in both the county and state fairs.

MINATARE – If Kathryn Vance of Minatare made a list of her favorite things to do, at the top would be spending time with her dogs and even other people’s dogs.
“I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember,” said Vance, who will be a senior at Scottsbluff High School this fall. “I think they’re fun to be around, especially because of their personalities. No two dogs are the same, even if they’re the same breed.”
