YOUTH MINISTRY PROFILE: Aiden Bell of Gering

Aiden Bell, an eighth-grader at Gering Junior High School, attends Gering Zion Church in Gering. He’s been involved in the GZB3 (Believe, Belong and Be Loved) youth group at Gering Zion for three years.

What is your favorite Bible verse?: Joshua 1:9. [Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”] … “I like how this verse tells you to be courageous and that God is with you all the time,” Bell said.

What is your favorite youth group activity?: “My favorite is a game we play called Gargon.” Editor’s note: Gargon is like a game of tag and hide-and-seek combined.

What are some other activities you enjoy at youth group?: “Sometimes we’ll play dodge ball, and we also play a game called Fish Bowl. We also eat all the time at youth group.”
