KIMBALL – McKenzie Howard of Kimball, a sixth-grader at Mary Lynch Elementary School in Kimball, has been attending St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Kimball her whole life. Howard, 12, was part of Confraternity of Christian Doctrine (CCD) at her church from kindergarten through fifth grade. She’s now involved in the Catholic Youth Organization at her church. She also is a helper in the CCD class. She has a brother, Patrick, who’s a freshman at Kimball High School. Their parents are Bonnie and Brian Howard.
Q: How much have you enjoyed attending St. Joseph’s Catholic Church?
HOWARD: “I really like it. I think it’s a lot of fun. I look forward to going there every week. I get to see some of my friends there, and I like working with the little kids. Everyone at our church is very friendly and helpful.”
