Be Better, Don’t Bully

Alyssa Liebich of Scottsbluff, who says she was bullied a lot in school and at one point even thought about taking her own life, is on a mission to help stop bullying by showing people the positive impact of being kind

SCOTTSBLUFF – When Alyssa Liebich and her family moved from Olympia, Washington, to Scottsbluff eight years ago, just before the start of her fourth-grade year, she was a little nervous about transitioning to a new a new city and a new school.

She came to Scottsbluff, though, with a positive attitude and an open mind, believing that she would fit in and that everything would be OK in her new environment.

“I never thought anything bad would happen,” she said.
