When Jared Pilkington graduated from Scottsbluff High School five years ago, his plan was to become a high school teacher and golf coach. However, he ended up working as a FCA area representative for several months after graduating from CSC last year, and now he’s on yet a different path, serving as the pastor of Chadron Christian Church.

CHADRON – Jared Pilkington has always had a passion for telling others about Jesus, and because of that, a few of his friends in high school told him he should consider becoming a pastor.
Pilkington, though, wasn’t interested in that.
“I didn’t like the idea of going to seminary school,” he said.
