Funeral services for Angel Cabral Jr., age 51, of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, who died November 7, 2021, will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 10:00am for the praying of the Rosary and 10:30am for the Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Guadalupe with Father Joseph presiding. Angel was born June 18, 1970 in Scottsbluff, to Angel Cabral Sr., and Jennie Gonzales. He received his early education in Minatare, graduating from Adams County High School. He married Rebecca Cabral and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Hobbies included fishing, attending car shows, watching his kids and grandkids play sports, and cheering on his favorite team, the Las Vegas Raiders.
Survivors include, children, Chelsea (Josh), James (Justice), and Montell (Yoselin) Cabral; grandchildren, Isryl, Illianna, Mia, Nevaeh, Mateo, and Emilliano; brother, Eric (Candy) Cabral; sisters, Renee Esparza, Lisa Esparza, Mellissa (Jeff) Drahota, Michele Baca, and Debbie Lee; Father, Angel Cabral; and mother, Jennie (Phillip) Esparza.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dan and Virginia Gonzales and Joe Cabral and Dometilia Cabral; aunt, Maria Jaquez; and uncle, Ted Gonzales.
