Kevin Eugene Britton, age 48, of Melbeta, Nebraska, died on May 7, 2022 at Swedish Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. Visitation will be held at Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel on Thursday, May 12, from 3:00pm until 7:00pm, with funeral services at Seventh Day Adventist at 2:00pm on Friday, May 13 with Pastor Eddie Bravatti officiating. He was born September 4, 1973 in Bridgeport, Nebraska, to William and Wilma Jean (Bauer) Britton and received his early education from the Bridgeport Schools, graduating from Bridgeport Sr. High. He worked for Floyd’s Sales and Service from 2008-2013 before becoming self-employed doing auto painting. He then worked for Menard’s until 2019 in freight, and most recently was employed by FedEx, doing freight transportation. His hobbies included farming, gardening, collecting antique tractors, and caring for animals, especially his dogs.
Survivors include his mom, Wilma Jean Britton of Melbeta; Sisters, Cindy (Tom) Little of Crab Orchard, Nebraska, Belinda Ingersoll (William Schultz) of Morrill, Bonnie (Ed) Krause of Gering, and Tammie (Tom) Kleich of Gering; along with numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father, William Britton; sister, Kimberly Ann Britton; and niece, Paula Elaine Lager.
