Mary Cushing, 81 of Scottsbluff, Nebraska passed away Friday, August 23, 2019 at her home.
Mary was born on March 16, 1938 in Clinton, Nebraska to Frank and Etta (Bridge) Hoppe. She married William L Cushing in 1956 and they had six children together.
Mary enjoyed spending time with family, listening to music, collecting dolls, fishing and loved her pictures of family.
Mary is survived by her three sons Tony (Carol) Cushing of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Bill Cushing of Torrington, Wyoming and Kevin Cushing of Casper, Wyoming; her two daughters Chris Herman (Tim Landrum) of Gering, Nebraska and Cathy (Margarito) Borrego of Lincoln, Nebraska; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and 5 sisters and 1 brother. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sonand 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
A private family inurnment will be at Fairview Cemetery in Scottsbluff. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, August 30, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Rubidoux Building in Gering, Nebraska. Memorials may be made to the family to be designated at a later date.
