MORRILL – Morrill native Courtney Schuler has found her dream job as the Field Operations Manager for Trinidad Benham Corporation.

“I grew up on a farm north of Morrill. I always grew dry beans. I’ve been passionate about agriculture and growing things and always knew I wanted to stay in ag ever since I was a kid,” Schuler said. “I started working for Trinidad in 2016. I was actually interviewing for two other jobs as well when I took this job. During the decision-making process, I realized that this job was kind of perfect for me. It was a pivotal moment in my career. I just really want to do all I can to make people understand agriculture, where their food comes from, and that farmers are doing an amazing job in this country producing for them and keeping food on their table.”
