Q: Talk about how things have been going for you at Wel-Life since you became the executive director in 2018.

STACEY: “Overall, things have been going very well. It’s been a good learning experience for me. When I was training to be a nursing home administrator, I didn’t really see myself being an assisted living administrator, but this opportunity came along, and I jumped at it. I’ve really enjoyed being here. It’s a huge reward working in this field and helping the residents. I enjoy listening to them and seeing how I can help make their lives better. I like making them happy.”
