Crystal Kildow, of Scottsbluff, has been named Nspire Today!’s Hometown Hero of the Week, sponsored by Schank Roofing in Scottsbluff.
Kildow, BSN, RN, is the unit manager of the Scottsbluff Surgery Center and Sterile Processing at Regional West Medical Center.
Crystal has worked at Regional West since November 2004. She was chosen to receive the first Daisy Leadership Award at Regional West.
The person who nominated Crystal said, “Crystal goes above and beyond every day that she is here and gives so much to Regional West. She is a true leader that pushes her team to be the very best. She is passionate about her work and doing the right thing for our patients at all times. Crystal has helped improve so many processes. Thank you, Crystal, for all that you do.”
