Sarah Cline of Lincoln Elementary School in Gering has been named TC & More’s Teacher of the Week.
Cline has been teaching fifth-graders at Lincoln Elementary School for three years. Before that, she was a substitute teacher for four years and a para in special education for one year.
The person who nominated Cline for TC & More’s Teacher of the Week said, “I just feel like she’s always very positive, and she’s always so helpful, even if it’s not her students. She always has a kind word for everyone. She just has a very soft, sweet personality that kind of puts everyone at ease. She’s just a great lady.”
After earning an associate’s degree from Eastern Wyoming College, Cline received her bachelor’s degree in education from Chadron State College in 2016. She’s currently working on earning a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from Grand Canyon University.
Cline will receive a $10 gift certificate to TC & More, which is located at 1621 Broadway Ave. in downtown Scottsbluff. Gift certificates may be picked up at TC & More.
